BMS Holdings Group LLC was formed in the Fall of 2019 as a Missouri, Limited Liability Corporation. It’s purpose was to invest in small startup ventures with entrepreneurial partners. As a result of Covid occurring, in January of 2022 the strategic focus largely shifted away from operating commercial running events to contributing to the good health, safety and well-being of young athletes, artists and their families.
BMS Holdings Group LLC operates as a privately funded venture that develops and retains title ownership of certain internally developed proprietary, intellectual properties. Those properties are then licensed for the use of affiliated organizations, nonprofits, for profits and individuals. Additionally, BMS Holdings Group LLC is currently structured to function through four divisions. Each division operates as a d/b/a of the BMS Holdings Group LLC.
In 2026, theBMSproject Inc ceased operation; however, the various no-cost turnkey programs previously offered by theBMSproject Inc continue to be provided to BMS Holdings Group LLC’s licensees at no cost. theBMSproject now operates as one of the four d/b/a’s administered by BMS Holdings Group LLC.
The other three d/b/a’s are Quick Pulse Metrics (“QPM”), Go-Okie Dokie! Gift Shop and Friendlies Flyer. Please explore the various initiatives of BMS Holdings Group LLC by utilizing the main menu to navigate and explore the mission of each operating division.
BMS Holdings Group LLC operates through licensed affiliates, as well as youth sports and activities organizations and local, regional, national and international networks made up of parents, coaches, officials and like-minded nonprofit and forprofit institutions including event organizers and facility operators. Included in the BMS Holdings Group LLC’s network is it’s licensed affiliate Clinical Training Centers of America (“CTCA”) located in Nashville, TN.
